San Tan racing was formed by a group of friends and teammates that share a common vision of what a cycling team should be about.  Keeping it fun and team camaraderie are high priorities of ours. San Tan Racing is committed to controlled growth, and therefore employs a "by invitation only" membership policy. We welcome riders of all abilities, male and female, that are able to contribute to the team in a positive way.  Although we are committed to fielding competitive and quality racing teams, our first priority is team camaraderie; therefore the character of the individual applying for membership is paramount.

Basically if you know how to have fun, show others respect, and love to ride & race your bike there's a good chance that San Tan Racing may be the team for you. If you're interested we'd like to get you out on a few team rides so we can get to know each other.  After we've gotten to know each other the leadership committee will extend you an invitation to join if they feel you will be a good fit.   There are a lot of benefits to joining a team like San Tan Racing; come on out and see for yourself.
